[Responsibilities]

- Conduct thorough inspections of products prior to release, ensuring all specifications are met.

- Perform various testing procedures and apply basic statistical analysis to maintain product standards.

- Complete and review release documentation for raw materials and finished goods.

- Statistically sample and test products on hold as per specification requirements.

- Accurately record inspection results and audit findings in SAP’s Quality Module and designated forms.

- Report all nonconformance issues to quality and production leadership.

- Monitor defect trends through control charting and uphold Quality System Regulations.

- Maintain strict adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.

[Required Skills and Experience]

- High school diploma or GED.

- 5 years of related experience preferred, but recent college or technical graduates encouraged to apply.

- Strong attention to detail and independent problem-solving abilities.

- Computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office Suite.

- Ability to perform basic statistical analysis and testing procedures.

- Willingness to work a 12-hour night shift (8pm–8am) on a rotational schedule, including weekends.

- Capable of passing an eye exam and wearing required safety footwear (steel toe or composite).
