Position OverviewExpress Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Slitter Machine Operator to join a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility. This position is ideal for someone with previous slitter machine operating experience who takes pride in accuracy, quality, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.
Working in an FDA-regulated facility, the ideal candidate will understand the importance of following procedures, maintaining quality standards, and producing consistent results.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor slitter machinery to ensure accurate, consistent production.
Set up and adjust machine settings according to job specifications.
Inspect finished materials for quality, accuracy, and defects.
Measure materials and verify dimensions meet required specifications.
Monitor machine performance and report equipment issues as needed.
Follow established safety, quality control, and production procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow facility guidelines and documentation requirements in an FDA-regulated environment.
Previous slitter machine operating experience is required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications.
Ability to perform measurements and identify product defects.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Willingness to follow established procedures and maintain cleanliness standards.
First-shift schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.
Weekends off.
