This role supports a large distribution center by performing a wide range of warehouse duties based on operational needs. You will load and unload trailers, pick and pack customer orders, process inventory, and assist with special projects as needed. The position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently during 12-hour shifts while being cross-trained across multiple departments.

Work EnvironmentThis position is based in a large distribution center environment with an emphasis on safety, organization, and security. You will work a 1st shift schedule consisting of three 12-hour days, Thursday through Saturday, from 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with a shift premium for these hours. Overtime may be paid for hours over 40, although it should not be expected until you transition to direct employment. The facility enforces strict security measures: no cell phones are allowed on the shop floor, and all employees must pass through a metal detector with security before entering. A valid ID is required to enter the building, and only clear bags are permitted inside the facility; any non-clear bags must be left in your vehicle. The work involves standing, walking, lifting, and handling materials for extended periods, using equipment such as pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse tools while adhering to all safety and cleanliness standards.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
