Position Overview

seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to establish, standardize, and continuously improve manufacturing and engineering processes across its operations. This role combines process engineering, Lean manufacturing, equipment engineering, facility development, project management, safety, and technical leadership.

The successful candidate will apply data-driven analysis, structured problem-solving, Lean methodologies, and engineering best practices to improve manufacturing efficiency, product quality, productivity, safety, cost, and overall operational performance. The role will work closely with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, EHS, and other cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects, support manufacturing expansion, and drive best-practice adoption across sites.

The role will focus heavily on continuous improvement, with an emphasis on Lean Six Sigma principles, time studies, process documentation, work instructions, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity. The Process Engineer will spend significant time on the warehouse floor conducting time studies, documenting processes, developing work instructions, and observing operational workflows, with additional time spent in an office environment for analysis, documentation, and project activities. Experience with AutoCAD and the ability to effectively document and standardize processes are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish, document, maintain, and govern standardized manufacturing and engineering processes.
• Develop and implement standard work, process controls, operating procedures, and manufacturing best practices across sites.
• Lead Lean manufacturing and continuous-improvement initiatives, including Kaizen, waste elimination, flow optimization, productivity improvement, and process optimization.
• Analyze manufacturing and operational data to identify performance gaps and implement measurable improvements in quality, productivity, cost, capacity, and efficiency.
• Design and develop manufacturing equipment, tooling, automation solutions, workstations, and 2D/3D facility and production layouts.
• Lead equipment sourcing, procurement, installation, commissioning, qualification, and production implementation.
• Plan and execute Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and equipment acceptance procedures.
• Support end-to-end greenfield facility development, including facility layout, equipment planning, manufacturing infrastructure, production ramp-up, and operational readiness.
• Lead brownfield expansions, equipment upgrades, capacity increases, and process improvements within existing manufacturing facilities.
• Develop and execute project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, EHS, Facilities, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution and sustainable operational results.
• Ensure manufacturing processes and projects comply with OSHA requirements, environmental regulations, corporate safety standards, and applicable engineering requirements.
