Training Manager Location: Portland, OR | 100% Onsite, Monday-Friday
Salary: $85,000-$105,000 annually
Travel: Occasional travel to regional locations
This is an opportunity for an experienced L&D professional who wants to do more than facilitate existing training. You'll have the opportunity to identify training gaps, build strategy, develop programs from the ground up, and measure their impact on the business.
What You'll Do - Develop and lead training programs across multiple locations.
- Build scalable training materials, job aids, and resources.
- Partner with leaders, HR, and subject-matter experts on onboarding, leadership development, and succession initiatives.
- Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve programs.
- Support required and compliance-related training.
What We're Looking For - 3+ years of Training/Learning & Development experience.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Experience building training programs, not just facilitating existing content.
- Strong needs assessment, instructional development, and project management skills.
- Experience using metrics to evaluate training effectiveness.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or operational environment.
- Multi-site training experience preferred.
- Sales training, leadership development, or succession planning experience preferred.
- PHR, SHRM, APTD, or CPTD certification is a plus.
