Are you an experienced Tree Climber ready to lead a crew and advance your career? We're seeking a Tree Crew Leader who can safely oversee tree care operations, mentor team members, and deliver exceptional service to customers.
\uD83C\uDF32 What You'll Do Lead and supervise a tree care crew on daily projects Perform and oversee tree pruning, trimming, and removals Conduct tree identification and assessments Perform climbing, aerial lift, and ground crew operations Install cabling and bracing systems Manage tree planting and ongoing tree care services Ensure safe operation of chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts, and equipment Promote a strong safety culture and maintain crew productivity ?? Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service \uD83E\uDD1D Respond to occasional emergency storm-related call-outs \uD83C\uDF2A?\uD83C\uDF28?
Qualifications Minimum 1 years of professional tree climbing experience Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record \uD83D\uDE97 Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card (CDL NOT required) Strong communication and team leadership skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions ??\uD83C\uDF27 Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
