The Opportunity
FuntoNetwork is seeking a Infrastructure Technical Advisor for upcoming project opportunity: Build America Bureau - Technical Advisor.
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver the role-specific work described in this posting for the associated RFP.
- Coordinate assigned evidence, estimates, availability, and technical inputs with the FuntoNetwork proposal team.
- Maintain accurate, timely work products aligned to the client requirements and submission schedule.
- Confirm work-package inputs, constraints, dependencies, stakeholders, milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
- Develop and maintain the role work plan, required technical or operational work products, estimates, and decision records.
- Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
- Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
- Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
- Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
- Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.
