Commercial CoordinatorExpert Technical Solutions is seeking ahighly qualifiedCommercial Coordinatorforone of our premier, industry leadingclients inDecatur, AL 35601.This position reports directly to the Director of Sales and serves as their right hand on day-to-dayadministrative and commercial work.This person willprovideexecutive administrative support to the Director ofSales, preparesales and pipeline reporting, and tracknew products and new customers as theymove through onboarding from RFQ through first shipment coordinating between Sales,Customer Service, Production, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Shipping along the way.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide executive administrative support directly to the Director of Sales, including calendarmanagement, correspondence, travel coordination, and other day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Support the sales team with daily sales operations, customer requests, quotes, and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate customer, quote, opportunity, and sales information in Epics systems.
- Track sales opportunities and ensure timely follow-up from lead, quote, order, delivery.
- Coordinate customer requirements and information between Sales and internal departments.
- Assist with quotations by gathering customer specifications, quantities, materials, finishes, packaging,and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Production to confirm customer requirements and manufacturingcapabilities.
- Track new products and new customers through the onboarding process from RFQ through firstshipment keeping every step and department on schedule.
- Prepare sales reports, dashboards, forecasts, and pipeline information.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
- Help resolve customer issues by coordinating with the appropriate internal departments.
- Maintain strong communication and relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Develop knowledge of aluminum extrusion processes, products, capabilities, and lead times.
Required Experience
- Associates degree (or equivalent) from a two-year college or technical support OR a high school equivalency with minimum twoyears’industry-related work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, customer service, manufacturing, or related
- experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Epics systems preferred.
- Manufacturing or aluminum extrusion experience preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM a huge plus
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge ofshipping/receiving processes and procedures desired
- Ability to direct and contribute to initiatives and processes within the organization
- Ability to manage interactions to provide service and to support the organization
- Ability to interpret information with which to make business decisions and recommendations
