Oak Ridge Country Club is looking for additional part time banquet servers. We are looking for individuals to work a wide variety of shifts/hours and have availability to have a variable schedule.

You are out-going, friendly, dedicated, and committed to high standards of customer service with attention to detail, we invite you to join our team. Banquet Servers must be able to create a pleasant atmosphere by being attentive to members and guests and have a complete knowledge of our menus and offerings.
Job Summary(Essential Functions)
Provide food and beverage services to club members and guests.
A.Arrives dressed in ironed uniform and completely dressed before punching in
B.Reads function sheets
C.Sets up and cleans banquet (dining) rooms set-up tasks
D.Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating
E.Takes beverage order and serves food in specified areas
F.Pours and refills wine, coffee, water, and/or other beverages served with and after the meal
G.Carries food and tray to table (lift up to 30 pounds)
H.Serves meals properly – serve on left, clear on right
I.Cleans all assigned work areas in kitchen and dining room
J.Waits until everyone is finished at the table until clearing, unless asked to remove items
K.Advises supervisor of any member/guest complaints as soon as they occur
L.Assists in closing functions by performing various tasks such as removing linen, bussing glasses, dishes, silverware, etc., and re-setting the room
M.Attends pre-shift staff meetings as requested by supervisor
N.Treats all employees, members, guests and vendors with dignity and respect
O.Upholds and models behavior worth emulating
P.Additional tasks may be asked of you above and beyond your job description and/or standards

Physical Demands and Work Environment
·Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach.
·Push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds.
·Continuous repetitive motions.
·Work in hot, humid, and noisy environment.
