Role:: Plumbing Service Manager (Master Plumber)

Pay: $Base Salary+ 40% Bonus Target
The company is launching a brand-new residential plumbing division, and we’re looking for an experienced Master Plumber to build and lead it from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Build and lead our residential plumbing service department
- Perform and oversee diagnostics, repairs, and service calls
- Establish processes, pricing, standards, and best practices
- Recruit, mentor, and develop the plumbing team
- Partner with leadership to grow the department
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Georgia Class II (Non-Restricted) Master Plumber license required
- 5+ years of residential service plumbing experience
- Strong technical, leadership, and customer service skills
- 2+ years of lead, supervisory, or management experience preferred
- Experience building a plumbing service department is a plus
- Knowledge of Georgia and South Carolina plumbing codes
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
South Carolina Residential Plumber license is preferred, but not required. Dual GA/SC licensing is strongly preferred.
