Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership
- Lead shifts and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service
- Supervise and support servers, bussers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Assist with training, coaching, and scheduling of hospitality team
- Restaurant Operations
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to restaurant standards
- Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and shift reports
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shift
- Guest Service
- Address guest concerns and feedback professionally and promptly
- Ensure every guest receives high-quality service in a welcoming environment
- Team Support
- Jump in to assist with any role as needed to support the front-of-house and kitchen staff
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles (restaurant manager, shift lead, or similar)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication with staff and guests
- Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced kitchen and restaurant setting
- Detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-driven
- Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
