We are seeking a dedicated and motivated
Machine Operator to join our fast-paced
manufacturing site in Bristol, Rhode Island. In this role, you will operate a range of processing equipment on second shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with shift premium paid) to support our core
production schedule while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. Benefits and Compensation

Responsibilities Include
- Completing full equipment setup, including tooling, raw materials, conveyors, and downstream packing systems.
- Performing precise quality inspection checks during production runs, utilizing measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers to verify product specifications.
- Managing materials flow across manufacturing warehouse logistics staging areas to ensure continuous operation.
- Preparing machinery for operation, including pre-heating tools and loading specialized programs.
- Troubleshooting equipment issues, performing first-line maintenance, and assisting with component assembly work during changeovers.
- Completing equipment shutdowns and changeovers in line with plant schedules.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record as a Machine Operator in a technical production environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience performing equipment setup and teardowns.
- Skilled in using precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers for standard continuous monitoring.
- Experience in conducting rigorous quality inspection processes and managing finished-goods packing before transfer.
- Knowledge of standard manufacturing warehouse logistics procedures and inventory movements.
- Strong written/verbal communication skills and a proactive commitment to manufacturing safety standards.
