Compensation: $120,000–$200,000+ base salary, plus project completion bonuses
Level: Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Project Executive, based on experience
Schedule: Onsite and field-based; six 10-hour days per week during heavy project execution phases
About the Role
We are partnering with an established, institutionally backed industrial services organization seeking a Project Manager / Project Executive, Multi-Craft Industrial Operations to support its growing presence in Atlanta, Georgia. The organization self-performs the full lifecycle of heavy industrial work across electrical, mechanical, structural, soft crafts, underground utilities, fabrication, and inspection. As the platform scales, this person will help build the project execution practices, team, and operational structure that support long-term regional growth.
Reporting to the Atlanta Area Manager, this is a hands-on leadership role with direct ownership of project execution, financial performance, and client relationships. Project management and field operations work as equal partners, with close collaboration across superintendents, general foremen, foremen, and project teams.
This opportunity can be calibrated to the Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Project Executive level based on experience and scope. The role is onsite and primarily based in the field across the Atlanta metropolitan area. During heavy project execution phases, schedules may include six 10-hour days per week. Candidates may bring experience from mission critical, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, power generation, oil and gas, chemical, water, mining and metals, pharmaceutical, renewable energy, aviation, or federal industrial environments.

Project Execution & Field Partnership
- Personally manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, project schedules, and craft-specific takeoffs.
- Lead complex industrial projects from planning through completion, maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, quality, safety, and financial performance.
- Conduct regular jobsite walks and partner directly with superintendents, general foremen, and field crews to address constructability challenges and execution needs.
- Coordinate across estimating, preconstruction, safety, quality, procurement, accounting, and project controls.
- Manage subcontractor onboarding, trade partner performance, and communications with owners and prime contractors.
Financial Management & Project Controls
- Own project financial performance through disciplined cost-to-complete forecasting, labor tracking, and proactive change management.
- Monitor earned versus actual labor hours, forecast final project costs, and provide accurate reporting to regional leadership.
- Capture change orders promptly, improve RFI turnaround times, and maintain schedule performance against established baselines.
- Identify project risks early and work with field leadership to resolve issues before they affect delivery or profitability.
Operational Development & Team Leadership
- Establish standard operating procedures, project controls, and reporting practices for your craft discipline within the first six to twelve months.
- Help standardize project execution across electrical, mechanical and structural, soft crafts, underground utilities, inspection, or fabrication scopes.
- Mentor project engineers and junior project managers as the regional team grows.
- Support team development by identifying experienced superintendents, foremen, and project management professionals within your network.
- Use successful project delivery to strengthen owner relationships and create opportunities for ongoing operations and maintenance service agreements.
