We are a small, progressive construction company that likes to do things differently. Infinite Capital Construction provides commercial and multi-family construction services to many of the nation's largest property management and commercial real estate companies, primarily handling projects in Austin, Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio. Our areas of specialization include exterior repairs such as concrete, masonry, welding, roofing, siding, and painting.

Infinite Capital Construction is seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Project Manager to oversee repairs, maintenance, renovations, and larger capital improvement projects across the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.

Position Summary

This position will manage projects ranging from day-to-day building repairs and preventative maintenance to larger projects such as clubhouse renovations, roof replacements, major painting projects, flooring replacements, pool and amenity improvements, and other property renovations.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, hands-on, and experienced in managing contractors and vendors. They must be able to develop project scopes, obtain bids, manage budgets and schedules, monitor quality, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and superintendents overseeing ongoing property repairs and maintenance projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with reliable local contractors and service providers.
• Develop relationships with property management and other companies that result in bidding and winning of larger capital improvement projects
• Aid and guide junior employees to ensure their success
• Manage projects within approved budgets

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the field with construction project management and subcontractor management
• Proven track record managing both smaller (R&M) and larger (capital) projects successfully
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM to manage customers, track job expenses, and measure performance KPI’s
• Experience both managing jobs hands-on and supervising others to manage jobs
• Should be comfortable walking a property, identifying what needs to be repaired or replaced, developing a scope of work, getting contractor bids, negotiating pricing, managing the work, and ultimately delivering a completed project.
• Strong contractor relationships in the Dallas/Fort Worth market are a significant plus.
• Meaningful relationships with property management companies or similar will be a large deciding factor for the ideal candidate
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus
• Valid Driver's License

PAY & BENEFITS

• Base Pay: $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year (depending on experience)
• Commissions & Bonuses: Monthly commissions + end-of-year bonus (Expected range: $20,000 – $60,000+ annually)
