Family law Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join the team. This full time, in person role offers the opportunity to handle a broad range of family law matters, work closely with experienced attorneys, and receive mentorship in a collaborative environment. The position also includes a structured performance based bonus program.

Family Law - The job entails representation of clients in general family law matters, including divorce, custody and asset management

• Manage a caseload of family law matters from initial consultation through resolution.

• Represent clients in matters including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and related family law proceedings.

• Develop case strategies and advocate for clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.

• Prepare legal documents, pleadings, motions, discovery, and court filings.

• Conduct legal research and provide well reasoned legal analysis.

• Communicate effectively with clients and provide exceptional client representation.

• Collaborate with experienced attorneys and legal staff on case strategy and litigation.

• Maintain high professional standards and effectively manage deadlines and caseload responsibilities.

• Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.

• Member in good standing with the State Bar.

• Prior experience handling family law matters.

• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.

• Excellent communication and client management skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
