This is a B2B outside sales position working within a local territory. You’ll meet in person with business owners, decision-makers, and employees, generate new business through referrals and in-person prospecting, and build long-term client relationships within the local business community. You’ll work directly with local businesses to make products and services available to support their employees and their families.

You’ll receive hands-on training and ongoing support while learning how to manage your territory, build a consistent sales pipeline, strengthen your sales skills, and develop professionally. Advancement is based on performance, with opportunities to grow into leadership for those interested in taking on greater responsibility.
