Powder coating technician

The Powder Coating Technician applies protective and decorative coatings to metal components and automotive parts in a mixed production schedule. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this role works with manual spray booths, automated spray lines, batch coating systems, and a combination of manual and automated processes.

Responsibilities

• Apply powder coatings to metal components and automotive parts.
• Perform masking and plugging to protect designated surfaces and areas.
• Operate manual spray booths, automated spray lines, and batch coating systems.
• Support production across a mixed workflow of manual and automated coating processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in powder coating.
• Strong attention to detail.
