WeareseekingaSeniorInfrastructureEngineertodesign,implement,andsupportcomplexITinfrastructureenvironments.Thisisahands-ontechnicalleadershiprolefocusedonMicrosofttechnologies,virtualization,cloud,networking,andenterpriseinfrastructureprojects.

KeyResponsibilities

  • DesignandimplementWindowsServer,ActiveDirectory,virtualization,storage,networking,Azure,andMicrosoft365solutions.
  • Leadinfrastructureprojectsincludingservermigrations,cloudtransitions,networkupgrades,anddatacenterinitiatives.
  • ProvideTier3escalationsupportforcomplexinfrastructureissues.
  • Partnerwithclientsandinternalteamsontechnicalsolutions,projectdelivery,andinfrastructureroadmaps.
  • Developtechnicaldocumentationandinfrastructurediagrams.
  • Mentorjuniorengineersandsharetechnicalknowledge.
  • Evaluatenewtechnologiesandrecommendinfrastructureimprovements.

Qualifications

  • 10+yearsofhands-oninfrastructureengineeringexperience.
  • StrongMicrosoftexperienceincludingWindowsServer,ActiveDirectory,GroupPolicy,andMicrosoft365.
  • ExperiencewithNutanix,VMware,and/orHyper-V.
  • Strongknowledgeofnetworking,TCP/IP,VLANs,firewalls,SAN/NAS,andstorage.
  • ExperiencewithAzure,EntraID/AzureAD,Intune,andExchangeOnline.
  • Strongtroubleshooting,communication,documentation,andclient-facingskills.
  • MSP,VAR,orenterpriseinfrastructureexperiencepreferred.
  • Microsoft,VMware,Nutanix,ornetworkingcertificationsareaplus.
  • Bachelor'sdegreepreferred.
  • Validdriver'slicenseandabilitytotraveltoclientsitesasneeded.
  • MustbeeligibletoworkintheU.S.withoutsponsorshipandpassabackgroundcheck.
