We are seeking a Hairstylist to deliver full-service salon offerings for luxury and general salon clientele, with a primary focus on color and highlights and hair extensions. The role includes managing appointments and client records through the salon scheduling system, providing personalized recommendations, and pursuing ongoing development with continuing education support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations to understand goals and recommend appropriate services.
- Provide hair cutting, styling, blowouts, shampooing, and hair treatments.
- Deliver color services, including color and highlights.
- Apply and maintain hair extensions.
- Recommend products suited to each client’s hair-care needs.
- Manage appointments and client records using the salon scheduling system.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of hairstyling experience.
- Completion of a cosmetology program.
- State cosmetology or hairstyling license.
- Experience with hair coloring and blow-drying.
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety practices.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience with hair extensions.
