Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound, outbound, and chat appointment scheduling for multiple dealership clients while following client-specific guidelines and using various scheduling platforms. Develop expertise in one or more key client accounts to deliver consistent, high-level service.
- Understand and meet Call Control’s Key Performance Indicators to maintain productivity and performance standards.
- Maintain and update internal customer databases to ensure accurate contact information.
- Complete outbound business-to-business calls to schedule demonstrations of Call Control services.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and one-on-one coaching sessions with leadership. Support the training team through shadowing and role-playing activities as needed.
