Work Environment
This role is based on active commercial construction sites, working Monday through Friday from approximately 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Projects are located within roughly a two-and-a-half-hour radius of Mercersburg, Pennsylvania, requiring travel to various job locations. You work primarily with metal and wood framing, drywall, acoustic ceilings, millwork, commercial doors, and a full range of hand and power tools in a fast-paced, field-based environment that emphasizes safety, productivity, and teamwork. Typical attire is appropriate construction workwear suitable for commercial job sites.25-30
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Frederick, MD.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $30.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
