Machine OperatorPay: $20.00 - $24.00/hrABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring Machine Operators to support manufacturing and fabrication operations in a fast-paced production environment. This position involves operating CNC and production equipment, reading measurements, monitoring quality, and working with a variety of materials used in products such as cabinetry, countertops, millwork, custom fixtures, and other fabricated components.

This is a long-term opportunity with room for growth, hands-on training, and advancement within a modern manufacturing facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Operate machines and production equipment for countertops and cabinetry.
  • Measure, position, and process materials accurately
  • Read tape measures and verify product specifications
  • Monitor machine performance and product quality
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments
  • Load and unload materials from production equipment
  • Complete quality inspections on finished products
  • Update production information and job status in computer systems
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Work with a variety of materials including wood, stone, composites, and other fabricated products
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience preferred
  • CNC experience is a plus
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Experience working with fabrication equipment or machinery
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs when needed
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Omaha, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
