We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve high-quality beverages while creating a welcoming, enjoyable experience for guests. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards
Take customer orders accurately and process payments efficiently
Provide excellent customer service and create a positive guest experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, equipment, and seating areas
Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely
What We're Looking For:
Experience as barista or food service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math and cash handling skills
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
