The Shipping Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient shipment documentation handling, and quality control within a large team environment. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role leverages proprietary shipping software and general logistics platforms to maintain accuracy and timeliness in all shipping operations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure shipments are palletized to meet delivery deadlines
- Handle all shipping documentation accurately
- Ensure quality control standards are maintained
- Perform data entry for shipping records
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping and logistics
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Experience with shipping large items
- Proficiency with shipping software
- Microsoft Office Experience
- Copy, Scan, Take photos
- Utilize Shipping and Production Schedules to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of supply chain coordination
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable data entry skills
- Must be able to count
- Must know how to palletize material
- Recognize issues and solve them
