Job Summary: Provide intensive case management services to at-risk or high-risk clients.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in social work or similar field; 1 year of experience in job development, job placement, employment counseling, or job seeking skill training and motivation; and experience in marketing employees and working with the business community; excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment; ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously; and ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
