As a Line Cook at Dallas Tavern and Taphouse, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection, following recipes and standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout service.
- Assisting with food prep, inventory management, and kitchen organization.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and high-quality food service.
- Adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

We’re seeking a motivated and skilled individual who brings energy and expertise to the kitchen. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
- At least 1 year of experience working in a kitchen or similar culinary environment.
- A strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
