What You'll Do
- Own the full operation of your restaurant: sales, profitability, labor, food cost, and guest satisfaction
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a strong team, including shift leaders and assistant managers
- Drive operational excellence in speed, quality, cleanliness, and brand standards
- Build a positive, high-energy culture where team members want to stay and grow
- Manage scheduling, inventory, ordering, and P&L performance
- Partner with your area leadership to hit goals and grow the business
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a GM or strong Assistant GM ready to step up (QSR or pizza delivery experience a plus)
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results on sales, labor, and cost controls
- Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
What We Offer
- Base salary of $60,000–$65,000
- Performance bonuses tied to your restaurant's results
