We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Texas Division and play a key role in delivering successful projects, building strong customer partnerships, and supporting the growth of our operations team.

Requirements:
  • Own projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and customer expectations are met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for future business.
  • Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Installation, Sales, Accounting, and other teams to keep projects moving forward.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, materials, subcontractors, and field crews.
  • Identify project risks and proactively address schedule, cost, quality, and customer-impacting issues.
  • Coordinate project documentation, contracts, billing, invoicing, and other administrative requirements.
  • Support estimating, proposals, pre-bid meetings, job walks, and business development activities.
  • Provide clear project updates to customers, leadership, and internal teams.
  • Help strengthen and grow the Texas Division’s operations team, processes, and customer base across the Gulf Region.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of project management experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial, or a related environment.
  • Knowledge of construction, manufacturing, or installation operations; experience with welded tanks is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, scheduling, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Procore.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
