A Rhode Island law firm is looking to hire an Associate Attorney for personal injury and other civil litigation cases. Compensation & Highlights:
$65,000-$135,000 annually, based on experience
Direct Hire/Permanent position
Responsibilities of the Associate Attorney:
- Manage personal injury and civil litigation cases through every phase of the legal process.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and help shape case strategy.
- Communicate directly with clients and keep them updated on their cases.
- Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
Qualifications of the Associate Attorney:
- 3-5 years of personal injury or civil litigation experience preferred.
- Active Rhode Island Bar admission required. Massachusetts Bar admission is a plus.
- Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple cases and deadlines at once.
- Team-oriented and committed to client service.
