Identify upcoming residential, multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use, renovation, and other
projects where DOCA products can be specified.
Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified projects and prospective customers
throughout Greater Boston and New England.
Generate new business through outbound prospecting, industry relationships, referrals, networking, email, phone, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings.
Schedule and conduct showroom meetings and product presentations with prospective clients and industry partners.
Develop long-term specification and referral relationships with architecture, interior
design, development, and construction firms.

introduction through design, proposal, negotiation, and close.
Maintain accurate account, contact, opportunity, and follow-up information within the
company's CRM.
Consistently follow up with prospects and maintain relationships throughout longer
project and construction cycles.
Grow existing accounts to generate repeat projects, referrals, and introductions.
Represent DOCA professionally within Boston's architecture, design, development, and
construction communities.
Meet and exceed established pipeline, activity, and revenue goals.
