WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A PROJECT MANAGER

  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • 10+ years of electrical experience
  • Knowledge of contracting, budget development, tracking expenses, and performance management
  • Understanding of construction technology, equipment, methods, and industry standards
  • In-depth knowledge of NFPA codes and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with estimating programs, Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Leadership skills and a professional demeanor
  • Ability to manage projects from estimate through closeout
  • Capability to run multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Flexibility to work in various weather conditions

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR PROJECT MANAGER

This is a full-time electric services job with a regular weekday schedule. You may need to adjust your hours depending on project needs and the weather.

You will start your day by looking over blueprints and planning out projects. You'll work with the scheduler to assign crew members, order materials, and talk with vendors and subcontractors. You'll be the main contact for clients, architects, and inspectors, making sure projects are done right and safely. Your electrical experience will help you solve problems and guide projects from the first estimate to the final steps. You'll work on things like fire alarms and security systems, always showing professionalism and care in your work.
