We are seeking an Analyst to join our Enforcement Analytics Team, which delivers data-driven solutions that support government enforcement efforts and commercial nonprofit missions.

Primary Duties

  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Develop creative, compelling data visualizations for both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Apply statistical methods to support enforcement of laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Design scalable, repeatable, and high-impact analytics solutions.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear summaries and reports for stakeholders.

Minimum Technical Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline)
  • 1–3 years of experience in a quantitative or data-focused role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications

Preferred Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in loan underwriting
  • Experience developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and presentations
  • Experience preparing and presenting analytical results to diverse audiences

Compensation and Benefits

Full-Time Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000

This range reflects our market-based pay structure. Individual compensation is determined by factors including business needs, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications (skills, education, experience).
