Assistant Project Manager

Join a dynamic team supporting federal construction projects. This role involves assisting with project and subcontractor coordination, managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders, and aiding in scheduling and project documentation. You will also be involved in procurement processes.

• Proficiency in software such as RMS, Procore, and Primavera P6.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Estimating experience.
• Experience with Edwards AFB or military base projects.
• Cost tracking and forecasting skills.
• Project closeout experience.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish.
• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Experience managing multiple projects.

This position is fully onsite at Edwards AFB with a typical schedule of MondayThursday, 6:00 AM4:00 PM. The work environment is fast-paced and compliance-heavy, focusing on federal construction. The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $115000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
