Job Title: Medical Device Assembler
Shift: 1st Shift, M-F 7 am - 3:30 pm
Job Summary:
Under general supervision, this position is responsible for a variety of product assembly, inspection, testing, operation of equipment/tools, and material/component processing tasks to meet production schedules.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently meet all production work requirements assigned by following operating procedures and work instructions.
- Operate necessary equipment to meet required Production schedules.
- Assemble, package, and label products as required; accurately complete production recording as required.
- Perform required inspection and quality checks; complete required documentation as outlined by process, and inspection sheets, work instructions, and the document traceability.
- Inspect finished and in-process product for dimensional and cosmetic attributes according to defined specifications
- Complete rework, as necessary, on products rejected by process in the specification. Work with other production areas, as necessary, to resolve quality problems.
