Job Description

We are seeking an Inventory Control Cycle Counter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with cycle counting, ERP inventory transactions, and discrepancy investigation and a proven ability to improve inventory accuracy through disciplined counting and reconciliation.

Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled ABC cycle counts and targeted counts across North’s stockrooms.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, units of measure, and storage locations against LN/ERP records.
• Conduct recounts and research discrepancies by reviewing receipts, transfers, issues, returns, and related transactions.
• Coordinate with kitting, receiving, stockroom, and production teams to resolve variances.
• Document count results and investigation findings with accurate, traceable records.
• Submit inventory adjustment requests through the established approval process.
• Identify recurring inventory issues, support corrective actions, and execute follow-up counts.
• Centralize cycle-counting activities within Inventory Control to enable kitting focus on material readiness and production support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency with ERP inventory modules, preferably LN or similar systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for root-cause investigation of variances.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or stockroom operations.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of ABC classification methods and inventory accuracy metrics.
• Experience in manufacturing or kitting environments.
