The Packaging Line Worker operates production and packaging equipment, performs assembly and labeling tasks, conducts basic quality checks, and ensures products are accurately packaged. In some areas, this role also completes minor equipment set-up and supports smooth, efficient production on the packaging line.
ResponsibilitiesJoin a collaborative production environment where teamwork is valued and daily operations run in a clean, well-organized facility. You gain hands-on experience with packaging and machine operation, work a consistent daytime schedule, and have opportunities to support high-volume production through overtime. The focus on safety, clear processes, and mutual support among team members creates a stable and engaging place to build practical skills.
Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a clean production environment where work is performed in small teams of 23 or 34, fostering close collaboration and support. The standard schedule is first shift, Monday through Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with overtime required as needed based on production volume. The dress code includes jeans or other durable work pants; leggings and sweatpants are not permitted. All required personal protective equipment must be worn, including safety glasses, nitrile gloves, and cut-resistant gloves. Workers must provide their own steel toe boots. The environment emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and efficient workflow on the packaging line.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
