Residential Apartment Housekeeper

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the common areas and vacant units in a multi-family property. In this role, you will work closely with the Property Manager to ensure that the property’s cleanliness meets company standards and ensure a comfortable and inviting environment for residents, guests and staff.

This is a full-time, regular position based in Tallahassee, FL. The Housekeeper will work onsite with a work schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Local travel between Integrity Rise properties is expected on an occasional basis.

Must Haves

• High attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Nice-To-Haves

• Housekeeping experience in a multi-family property is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move about for long periods of time.
• Ability to stoop or bend as needed to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Ability to move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate necessary tools/equipment to perform the essential functions of the position.
• Ability to work in both office and on-site property environments, including outdoor areas subject to weather conditions.
