We are seeking a Shift Lead to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the restaurant team. Part-time and Full-time available
Responsibilities:
- Supervise team of 1-3 team members
- Hands-on management, able to take care of ALL needs of the restaurant
- Train and evaluate employees
- Follow checklists and perform tasks delegated by management in a timely manner
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
- Assist food truck as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
