- CNC Mill and Lathe Machinists
- CNC Programmers

Mill and Lathe Machinist Responsibilities
- Set up and run CNC and manual mills and lathes to make precision parts.
- Set up jobs, edit programs, and prove them out on conversational controls.
- Choose tooling, set offsets, and set up fixtures.
- Adjust feeds, speeds, and offsets to hold tolerance.
CNC Programmer Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs for machining centers and lathes.
- Program with conversational controls, G-code, and CAM software.
- Prove out new programs and first-article parts.
- Reduce cycle times and improve tooling strategies.
- Support machinists with setups, tooling, and troubleshooting.
All Roles
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T.
- Inspect parts with micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and indicators.
- Do routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Keep the work area clean and safe.
Qualifications
- Mill and Lathe Machinist: 2+ years of machining experience on both mills and lathes.
- CNC Programmer: 3+ years of CNC programming experience. CAM experience (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar) is a plus.
- Preferred for all roles: experience with Hurco (WinMax) or Mazak (Mazatrol) controls.
- All roles:- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.- Skilled with precision measuring tools.
- Solid shop math.
- High school diploma or equivalent. A machining certificate or technical degree is a plus.
- Your own basic machinist tools preferred.
