Shipping / Packaging Associate

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping / Packaging Associate to support a busy manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position focused on accurately preparing products for shipment according to specific customer requirements.

This is an entry-level/junior opportunity. Previous OEM shipping or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided.

• Prepare finished products for shipment
• Package products according to specific customer requirements
• Apply and verify labels, dates, barcodes, and other shipping information
• Count products carefully and ensure quantities are accurate
• Inspect packaging and finished orders for accuracy
• Follow detailed work instructions and established quality procedures
• Coordinate with production and shipping team members to keep orders moving
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Handle changing production volumes and priorities throughout the day
• Perform other hands-on shipping and packaging duties as needed

• Willingness to learn and follow specific procedures
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Able to stay focused while performing repetitive tasks
• Comfortable being on your feet and moving throughout the shift
• Team-oriented and able to communicate effectively with coworkers
• Able to follow instructions accurately
• Basic computer skills are a plus
• Manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, production, or general labor experience is helpful but not required
