CIRI is seeking a Program Manager – TPS Services to lead a new program supporting individuals and families who have lost Temporary Protected Status (TPS). This is an opportunity to combine strong program management and staff supervision with meaningful, hands-on work supporting immigrant families as they navigate changing circumstances and work toward stability and self-sufficiency.
Based in our Bridgeport office, the Program Manager will supervise two Case Managers and oversee the day-to-day delivery of services. This program is a special collaboration with CIRI’s legal services team, allowing clients to receive coordinated support that addresses both their legal and social service needs.

Qualified candidates will have:
Fluency in French, Spanish, or Haitian Creole is a plus.
Salary: $55,000
About the WorkThis position is based in Bridgeport, CT and requires occasional travel to other Connecticut communities to support staff, clients, outreach activities, and community partnerships. Approved work-related mileage is reimbursed in accordance with CIRI policy.
The successful candidate will bring a collaborative, culturally responsive, trauma-informed approach to the work and be comfortable balancing staff leadership, program accountability, community engagement, and client needs.
