Job Description

We are seeking skilled CNC Machine Operators to cut, band, and drill cabinet parts for production. This role requires attention to detail and a willingness to learn, with on-the-job training providing the potential to advance to an upper level operator position. Collaboration with co-workers is essential, as all tasks require teamwork. The ability to troubleshoot machines to maintain efficiency and product quality is crucial.

Work Environment

You will work in a manufacturing environment that is non-temperature controlled, with over 500 employees across two locations. Must be open to working 6 hours every other Saturday for Effingham and 6 hours every other Friday. Initial training occurs on the 1st shift for roughly 3 weeks, followed by a transition to the respective shift. A 10% shift differential applies to off-shifts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Teutopolis, IL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Teutopolis,IL.
