PLPC Behavioral Health

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) to join our behavioral health team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, family, and/or group counseling.

• Conduct client assessments and identify behavioral health needs.

• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.

• Provide appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Collaborate with other behavioral health professionals and care team members.

• Participate in clinical supervision and case consultations.

• Support clients with mental health and/or substance use concerns.

• Maintain confidentiality and follow all professional and organizational standards.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active PLPC license in Missouri or eligibility to obtain PLPC.

• Previous behavioral health or substance use experience preferred.

• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

• Ability to work effectively with diverse client populations.

• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation: Approximately $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
