Job Title: Process Engineer
Job Description
The Process Engineer will support a comprehensive manufacturing documentation and process standardization initiative within a production facility. In this role, you work closely with plant leadership, production teams, and quality personnel to document current operations, develop standardized procedures, and drive implementation across multiple production lines. The position requires a strong presence on the manufacturing floor and the ability to work independently while capturing and documenting current-state processes. This is a high-visibility opportunity to build foundational systems that will continue to shape manufacturing operations long after the project concludes, with significant ownership and autonomy.

Work Environment
This role is based 100% onsite in a manufacturing environment and involves frequent presence on the production floor. You will interact directly with production teams, quality personnel, and plant leadership on a daily basis to observe operations and validate procedures. The assignment is structured as an approximately 46 month contract, focused on a high-impact documentation and standardization initiative. The work setting is a typical industrial production facility, with standard safety practices and equipment in place. The position is closely aligned with plant operations and collaborates regularly with leadership, ensuring strong visibility into core manufacturing activities.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
