Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our growing e-commerce, retail, and distribution operations. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while interacting with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Process incoming customer orders across multiple platforms, including:

EDI processing

Customer portals

Manual order entry from emailed orders

Generate shipping labels for small parcel and LTL shipments

Answer incoming calls from customers and vendors, providing professional and knowledgeable assistance.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping, and product information.

Maintain accurate order records and customer information.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a Customer Service Representative role required.

Experience supporting e-commerce, retail, or distribution operations preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.

Experience with EDI processing and customer portals is a plus.
