Position: Customer Service Representative
Pay: $22.00/hour
Shift: 7:30am-4:00pm M-F
Location: Waukesha, WI
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Customer Service Representative to start IMMEDIATELY at $22+/hr. Based on experience. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:
- Process customer invoicing and weekly A/R collection calls
- Enter and manage customer orders, verifying product details and delivery dates
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, purchasing, engineering, manufacturing) to monitor order progress
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, problems, and complaints regarding products, delivery, or billing
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service, sales support, or inside sales within a B2B manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with data entry, ERP software, and general computer navigation
Skills:
- MS Office Suite
- Customer service expertise
- Data entry proficiency
- Experience with invoicing and order management
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
