We are hiring energetic and reliable Product Sampling Representatives to assist with the exciting Grand Opening event for Costco in Lawrence, KS! In this role, you will help create a welcoming, high-energy experience for club members by preparing and handing out food and beverage samples or assisting with other grand opening tasks.

Available Shifts & Schedules:
- Thursday, October 29, 2026:
- Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
- Friday, October 30, 2026:
- Shift: 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Saturday, October 31, 2026:
- Shift: 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Check in with the on-site CDS (Club Demonstration Services) Manager upon arrival.
- Prepare, present, and distribute food or beverage samples to club members.
- Engage with members in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner.
- Assist with basic setup, cleanup, or other assigned duties to support the Grand Opening team.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and personal hygiene standards.
Requirements & Attendance Expectations:
- Punctuality & Attendance: Strict adherence to arrival times is mandatory. Late arrivals or missing shifts will result in immediate removal from the assignment.
- Food Handler Certification: Must possess a valid Food Handler’s Certificate We will assist with this certification, and the cost, but having it already is preferred.
- Workplace Policies: Cell phones are strictly prohibited on the demo floor during work hours.
Dress Code & Grooming Standards:
Strict adherence to the dress code is required. Staff arriving in improper attire will be asked to leave.
- Top: Plain black long-sleeved collared shirt.
- Bottoms: Plain black dress pants.
- Footwear: Black, closed-toe NON-SLIP shoes (required for floor safety).
- Provided Gear: An apron and hat will be provided on-site.
- Jewelry & Piercings: Only a simple wedding band is permitted. NO necklaces, earrings, or facial piercings are allowed.
- Nails: Clean, short nails with NO nail polish.
- No Lashes
- Tattoos: All visible tattoos must be fully covered.
