Job Description:
Green-Gate Technology, Inc. is seeking a full-time Program Manager for a proposed Operations Support Services contract for the Columbus, Georgia area. Candidate will lead daily contract performance and coordinate as a key team member for a wide variety of duties including project tracking, financial and facility records, data analysis, IT accountability, and reporting.Responsibilities
  • Direct daily work, staffing, schedules, priorities, and deliverables for the on-site team.
  • Serve as Green-Gate’s primary point of contact for performance matters with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and coordinate contract matters with the Contracting Officer (KO).
  • Support in the development and achievement of project milestones within scope, cost, and schedule alignment for projects and programs.
  • Oversee the quality control process, review deliverables, and resolve performance issues before they affect deadlines.
  • Respond to all customer inquiries and concerns and recommend alternate approaches when the customer's request cannot be met.
  • Manage the Alternate Contract Manager’s coverage and maintain continuity during absences or changes in workload.
  • Supervise contractor personnel and ensure staff follow applicable site, system access, information handling, and reporting procedures.
  • Provide program services regarding consultation, planning, drafting program management and business case analysis documentation, data analytics, and data management.
  • Refer proposed changes to contract scope, price, or terms to the Contracting Officer through Green-Gate’s contract management process.
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, information systems, public administration, or a related field. Equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • A minimum of ten years of experience managing federal programs, contracts, or task orders, including at least three years leading a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience managing fixed-price service work, schedules, staffing, deliverables, quality controls, and customer reporting.
  • Possesses subject matter knowledge in designated field of Acquisition or Government Contracting.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • US Citizenship required
