Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented DCProgram Coordinator to support supply chain, order fulfillment, and operational activities. This role will manage ERP transactions, track orders and deliveries, maintain program documentation, and coordinate with purchasing, logistics, customer service, and other internal teams. [
Responsibilities- Enter and maintain order and operational data in ERP systems.
- Track purchase orders, shipments, deliveries, and proof of delivery.
- Monitor program activities, action items, and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, customer service, and other teams.
- Maintain reports, spreadsheets, process documentation, and program records.
- Analyze data and provide operational updates to leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of supply chain, operations, or coordination experience.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
