School-Based Physical Therapist - Rembert, South Carolina

In this contract position, you will provide vital support and intervention to students across several nearby schoolseach day focusing on a single site.

Leverage your clinical expertise in a rewarding environment, collaborating with educators, families, and other specialists committed to student success. This is a full-time opportunity, totaling 37.5 hours per week, with the flexibility and variety of an itinerant schedule.

Qualifications and Experience Desired:

• Valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of South Carolina
• Experience working with pediatric or school-age populations preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and relevant documentation requirements
• Ability to adapt approaches for students with diverse needs
• Exceptional communication and organization skills
• Proficiency in traveling between school sites within close proximity (one site per day)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to K-12 students across multiple local schools, supporting a range of unique needs
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans; monitor student progress
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with state and school regulations
• Actively participate in IEP meetings and provide ongoing consultative support to educational teams
